Below you will find the direct link to the Exhibitor Manual.  Please read through all forms carefully.  No hard copy of the exhibitor manual will be sent to you unless requested. 

Each booth space is provided with 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape and 1 booth ID sign.   Note that this is NOT a booth package.  Please see the Special Booth Package form.

You will be able to place your order online for extra items online such as booth carpeting and padding as well as any furniture you might need.

To receive the discount prices we must receive your order and full payment (payment form included in the Exhibitor Manual) by the discount deadline date of January 26, 2010.  Any orders received after the deadline date will be processed at the standard rates.
